What Will We Do During this Practicum?
Educators and administrators are under increasing pressure due to many competing expectations: curriculum, testing, evaluation systems, and needs of students among others. Addressing social and emotional needs in the classroom is as important as addressing course content.
Join The POGIL Project and Social-Emotional Learning expert Brandi Lust, our lead facilitator, for a 3-day practicum, as we explore Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) strategies to help educators build skills that facilitate effective communication in their active-learning classrooms.
