Charge: The charge of this group is to review all of the information and insights gathered by the ad hoc committee that investigated the question of becoming a membership organization, add whatever insights they have, and outline a proposal for a membership structure that includes fees and member benefits.
[Note for working group - not to be an official part of the charge: It is not clear how far this working group will get but the goal is to push this project forward as much as possible during the PNM. This working group will work closely with Rick during PNM - and Marcy will likely need to be consulted. Other members of the ad hoc committee may also be useful resources. It is likely that Marcy and Rick will take over after the PNM, although additional help will of course be welcome!]
