Charge: The PAC Working Group will approve a plan for the PAC transition. The plan will identify leadership roles, responsibilities, terms of service, and budget. The plan will also provide a framework for team organization and a strategic plan for growth. The product of the PNM will be a formal proposal to the Steering Committee. The proposal including leadership will be presented to the Steering Committee at their Fall Meeting.
