He has more than 25 years of financial experience and 15 years of operational experience with emphasis in multi-location businesses and diverse product lines and offerings. Mike is skilled in developing strategic plans, implementing financial strategies, overseeing P&L management, and driving high performance teams and has a proven track record of tackling complex business problems with innovative and hands-on approaches. Mike is respected by colleagues and coworkers for his work ethic, attitude, and leadership abilities. Through his love of assisting non-profit organizations, he maintains a consulting business providing fractional and full time assistance to educational and research organizations.
